Food Safety
In order to assure the quality and safety of our products, we make use of distinctive, double capped glass jars, imported not only for their beauty, but also to assure the highest standards of safety as stipulated by the FDA and HACCP. Our jars, as well as other products for canning, may also be purchased at Aquarelle.
Profile
Reiko Ota is the owner of Aquarelle. She graduated from the Texas Culinary Academy in Austin, Texas and spent years as a cook at the five-star Aquarelle French Restaurant, also located in Austin. She was trained under the direction of Teresa Wilson, Robert Brady and Jacques Richard and is grateful to them for their inspiration to create Aquarelle here in Kobe.
